A dear fiend... I mean "friend"... called me last Saturday after my beloved Wolfpack took a beating at the hands of the then-#1 ranked UNC Tarheels.
Ah... but my turtle-loving brethren North of the Mason Dixon had our backs.
Hey Pete...
Fear the turtle!
Did I hear that correctly? You are a State fan? This is simply impossible. No one with such wisdom on a blog can really like State. My Heels got beat, but not like State.
ReplyDeleteTechnically, the Maxon-Dixon line is just north of MD, though MD is a fairly northern state these days.
ReplyDeleteBut that was hardly the point, was it?
Misery <3 company.
Thabiti,
ReplyDeleteI have written a blog post on your sermons today. Do you know any other churches you preached at in the last 3-4 years that might MP3s?
Sincerely in Christ,

Turretinfan,
ReplyDeleteThanks for helping me with my geography! I had a sneaking suspicion that the Mason Dixon might be north of Maryland....
Pastor Randy,
Afraid so. But, I support community colleges, too. Hence, I sometimes cheer for UNC. :-)
Paul,
Thank you for the kind mention of sermons. I'm sorry you afflict your readers with such poor preaching. :-) But looks like you got them all.
Grace to all,
Thabiti
At least you are in the right state and the right conference. State had a good victory this weekend as well.
ReplyDeleteThabiti,
ReplyDeleteI would take poor preaching in the Grand Cayman Islands over good preaching in International Falls, MN where its minus 20 below tonight.
Paul
FYI Maryland is not north of the Mason Dixon Line. In fact the Mason Dixon line actually runs through New Jersey.
ReplyDeleteBack the pack, my brother. Back the pack.
