Young and Complementarian

I think I'm with Rick Phillips on this.

Yep! I agree. And since I can't commit on the post from the Reformation21 blog, did you really say "us poor Caribbean pastors"? I must have misunderstood that.

I agree as well. Good to see you back in the blogosphere.

We have had a good group of young families joining our church and we have none of the 'trappings' that most experts say we need.(Contemporary worship, women as elders/pastors, etc.) In my experience this is what they say draws them to our un-hip church 'Pastors who preach the word from the Bible' Wow!

I also agree with this observation by Mr. Phillips. I have been blessed with a wife that is not scared to share her opinion on things but also trust me enough to know I would not lead her or my children astray. I have friends whose main struggles (especially about spiritual matters) are with their wives. It has become an increasing problem within the church today.

I also agree, as the wife of a pastor, we as women need to know and understand whose we are and how we are to live lives that glorify God and that begins with knowing or role.
