If you've attended T4G in 2006 or 2008, one thing you were no doubt touched by was the singing (esp. in 2006 in that tight hotel ballroom). It's a glorious sound of rejoicing in the Savior, and such rich dwelling of Christ in our hearts!
Check out this slide show from T4G 2008, set to How Sweet and Aweful Is the Place. Sweet stuff. I hear there is a CD to be released later this year. Can't wait for that!!

Ever since 2006, I've wondered if that would be possible. Back in '06, I took a little recorder to the sessions and got some of the singing recorded. Since that time, every now and then I like to play it to hear the thousands singing sound theology so passionately. It seemed so much louder in '06 since the room was quite small, but this year was still tremendous. I can't wait, either! Thanks, Thabiti.
Warmly in Christ,

I agree, the worship through song at this conference was awesome.Do you know if there's going to be a DVD of the 2008 conference?
I can't wait till that comes out. I look forward to it's completion. I wasn't able to attend in '08 but heard it was incredible. I was able to listen to the sessions but missed not hearing the worship. I too can't wait!! I look forward attending the next t4g conference.

I was at T4G 08 and the singing of 5,000 men in that huge room was breathtaking and uplifting. I really look forward to the CD release.
