Outreach, Reform, and the Pastor's Heart

The brothers over at the Kettering Fellowship are engaged in an interesting conversation about reforming pastoral ministry. In one post, a brother appeals for suggstions for organizing a church outreach program. The comments that follow are interesting, ranging from "I don't know what to do either" to "programs are not necessary" to one pastor's description of their church's agenda for reforming worship, fellowship, and outreach over the coming years. This pastor's discovery of biblical theology has ignited his preaching, evangelistic zeal, and delight in the gospel. His comments are worth the read.
